The Covid agenda is running hot, but there remain a few who have decided to keep a cool head and see what’s going on, as in: UK data destroys entire premise for vaccine push. Read what’s at the link, but really, what is to be made of this?

This is NOT a sterilising vaccine that stops diseases like polio or hepatitis using live virus. This is for you alone. Which means, as experts like Martin Kulldorff, biostatistician, epidemiologist and professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, and Jay Bhattacharya, professor of medicine at Stanford University and research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, have long said, it makes zero sense to vaccinate the young and healthy.
We are dealing with a world-historical error, and in fact a global assault on young bodies.
There is also this, of course not from a local paper naturally, but nevertheless about a local event: Seven News reporter Denham Hitchcock is rushed to hospital with extremely rare inflammation of the heart after getting the Pfizer Covid shot – but still urges Australians to get vaccinated so borders can reopen. Did you get that: “One hospital has had well over a dozen cases” just like him. That’s one hospital. And in the one he is in, there have been more than a dozen such cases. So remind me, how many other patients have died from Covid?
And then there’s this, again about a journalist but this time in the UK: Coroner: BBC Presenter Lisa Shaw Died Due to ‘Vaccine-Induced’ Blood Clots in Brain. From the BBC:
Lisa Shaw, who worked for BBC Radio Newcastle, died at the age of 44 in May after developing headaches a week after getting her first dose of the vaccine.
Newcastle coroner Karen Dilks heard Ms Shaw suffered blood clots in the brain which ultimately led to her death.
The inquest heard the condition linked to the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine was very rare.
The coroner said: “Lisa died due to complications of an AstraZeneca Covid vaccination.”
Ms Dilks said Ms Shaw was previously fit and well but concluded that it was “clearly established” that her death was due to a very rare “vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia”, a condition which leads to swelling and bleeding of the brain.
Two very rare events that affected two different journalists. And if they weren’t journalists, how likely is it you would have heard a word about either?
I’m not sure which is more unreal, the portrayal of Australia as a dystopian nightmare or local presenters not seeing why it looks that way to everyone else. Friends from around the world keep writing to me about what they hear and it is pretty amazing. I’m not sure it’s any worse here than anywhere else. The actual point is that it’s pretty insane in lots of places, not just here, with Daniel Andrews a low point.

As the pandemic enters a critical new phase, public health authorities continue to lack data on crucial questions, just as they did when COVID-19 first tore through the United States in the spring of 2020. Today there remains no full understanding on how the aggressively contagious delta variant spreads among the nearly 200 million partially or fully vaccinated Americans like Ingram, or on how many are getting sick.
The nation is flying blind yet again, critics say, because on May 1 of this year — as the new variant found a foothold in the U.S. — the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention mostly stopped tracking COVID-19 in vaccinated people, also known as breakthrough cases, unless the illness was severe enough to cause hospitalization or death.

The data is complete junk, both in relation to numbers, and in relation to whether vaxxinated people are getting Covid. There is something very sinister going on, but it will be quite a while before we know what it is. But it remains a massive worry, and by that I don’t mean Covid-19.
Sent to me by a friend in Canada. Made by the New York Times and therefore as biased as they could possibly make it. That invasions of the legislature ought never to occur goes without saying. Politics is, nevertheless, a blood sport filled with emotion. That the riot and invasion of the Congressional offices on 6 January 2020 have been amplified to the fullest extent by the American left and the media is to be expected, which the video is a perfect example of.
This, however, is where matters now stand: FBI confirms there was no insurrection on Jan. 6, just a “Day of Rage” as stated by the NYT. Not quite Washington crossing the Delaware nor the Storming of the Bastille.
The Cambridge Dictionary defines “insurrection” as: “an organized attempt by a group of people to defeat their government and take control of their country, usually by violence”.
By that definition, there was no “insurrection” at the United States Capitol on Jan. 6, according to the FBI. Reuters reports:
The FBI has found scant evidence that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result, according to four current and former law enforcement officials.
“Ninety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases,” said a former senior law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation. “Then you have five percent, maybe, of these militia groups that were more closely organized. But there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages.”
This report is a devastating blow to President Joe Biden and Democrats, who have attempted to make the existence of an “insurrection” on Jan. 6 a key issue in the 2022 midterm elections. Reuters does note that some “cells of protesters,” including members of the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys, did coordinate to “break into the Capitol,” but the FBI found “no evidence that the groups had serious plans about what to do if they made it inside.”
None of this excuses the violent riot that happened on Jan. 6. The FBI has arrested 570 rioters and each and every one of them should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
But that is what the event was: a riot, just like so many other riots. Trying to politicize it and turn it into something it wasn’t won’t make the Capitol any safer.

Exactly right. It was a riot, not an “insurrection”. There had been BLM riots across the country right up until then and thereafter as well. By the standards of the time, this was middle of the road. FWIW, the budget brought down the next day was the best budget any government has given anywhere ever.

Here in Free Florida, we are quite used to the Democrats’ never-ending fear-mongering and hyperbolic attacks on Governor Ron DeSantis. And we see right through both the national and the local partisan bias, a bias that often entails “shock” headlines that bury the facts. This is what President Trump accurately labeled “fake news.”
Take, for example, these recent hysterical and (intentionally) misleading headlines from the Democrat propagandist media:
- Insider: “Three teachers died of COVID-19 within 24 hours in Broward County, Florida. Schools there are defying Gov. DeSantis’ ban on mask mandates”
- CBS News: “Four Broward County educators die from COVID-19 within 24 hours, as Florida’s battle over masks in schools continues”
- Ocala Star Banner: “COVID deaths of 4 Marion school employees leads to push for mask mandate”
The fact that these deaths were amongst teachers is supposed to be specially significant, but as the article points out:
What’s missing? A lot. Not the least of which is that the school year has not even started in Florida, so not one these teachers died “in the line of duty” and as a direct result of DeSantis barring masking mandates, as is intentionally implied by the media’s feeding frenzy.
And I am also curious what might happen when Ms Clark decides to have children assuming she ever does. I wonder if she wonders about the same thing herself. I bet she does, but I am even more sure she will never say so in public.
There are a lot of people being terrified by their own governments about one of the most seemingly benign diseases ever to strike a population. Covid is not cholera, typhoid, the bubonic plague. It kills old people with “comorbidities” who are probably dying from the comorbidities. American hospitals are given thousands of dollars for each Covid patient they deal with so their numbers are obviously inflated, and the tests to detect Covid are deeply flawed with many false positives. If you were online during January 2020 you likely saw the barrage of video clips that were supposedly coming out of China depicting ghastly “Coronavirus” scenes.
Most of those videos have been quietly wiped off the internet, but back in January and February those grisly videos were a viral sensation and they scared the sense out of Americans.
The videos captured supposed Coronavirus victims in various stages of pandemic horror. Some showed people foaming at the mouth and collapsing in the streets, while others featured ominous government officials wearing Hazmat suits, hovering over lifeless bodies struck down from the virus.
It was a virtual buffet of fear-porn, and Americans couldn’t get enough of it.
Personally, I saw hundreds of those videos. The comments from people sharing the clips would range from sarcastic “Just the flu” type stuff — intended to mock and shame anyone who tried to downplay the seriousness of the virus — to wild conspiracy theories claiming Coronavirus caused brain swelling, spontaneous convulsions, and instant death.
I have put this video up before but how are we going to get people off this terror-path our governments have put before us if we don’t remind people of what is being done? Just click and then watch. You’ve seen it all before anyway.

They lie relentlessly. There is an agenda on the left and only what supports that agenda will ever appear in the press, on the tele or be allowed to show up on Facebook or twitter. Half of America now see they have been relentlessly lied to, but the other half do not. Useful idiots is the phrase Lenin invented to describe them. They will believe whatever they are told and will repeat all of it without shame. What a bizarre world we live in. The truth is still available, but massive numbers prefer the lies and will believe nothing else.

As anyone with half a brain knows, state-run media organisations in totalitarian societies are not the best examples of objective journalism. The English-language newspaper China Daily, which is owned by the Publicity Department of the Chinese Communist Party, is no exception. Its purpose is not to report, but to disseminate propaganda.
Witness for example a recent televised interview it did to counter reports of state-sponsored forced labour trafficking of Uyghurs from so-called re-education camps. “They also care about us at work and teach us wholeheartedly,” said a cheerful woman purporting to be a Uyghur factory worker in Xinjiang Province. A Chinese academic assures us in the same piece that “we can find out the human rights in Xinjiang is very good”.
Heaven forbid the CCP – which has championed great human rights advances such as The Cultural Revolution, The Great Leap Forward, and The Tiananmen Square Massacre – would have it otherwise….
The China Daily segment is worth watching, if only for the comedy value of the ham actors. “So you can see she (Markson) is a social butterfly in the right-wing circle,” explains journalist Meng Zhe to co-presenter Xu-Pan Yiru, who nods knowingly. “And it infiltrates the global media in a harmful way and inspires more conspiracists to follow her steps,” Yiru says of Markson’s reporting. Between them, the word “conspiracy” is used six times in a segment just under four minutes in length.
They are not trying to convince anyone. They want their useful-idiot brigade to know what lines they are supposed to spout, which you may be sure they will dutifully do, which is what the ABC will dutifully do.
