The Legal System of the Vaxxinated State

This is from Law in Nazi Germany with only a single word change required:

  • Unvaxxinted physicians were de-certified, and were no longer allowed to treat vaxxinated patients.
  • The unvaxxinated were prohibited from cinemas, the opera, and concerts.
  • Unvaxxinated children were banned from public schools.
  • Robbing the unvaxxinated became legal.

Not here yet, but perhaps on its way if our political leaders can manage to bring it on. As it says at the post, again with the appropriate adjustments:

The shift from the traditional legal system (the “normative state”) to the Covid ideological mission (the “prerogative state”) enabled all of the subsequent acts of the anti-Covid regime (including its atrocities) to be performed “legally”.

Being “legal” does not make something moral or just.

Police also now have access to drones to monitor gatherings and a mobile riot truck to record confrontations and identify offenders to be arrested later.

Ashton told me at the time the weapons were for “major incidents of public disorder, demonstrations that go over the top and where we need to disperse large crowds that are out of control. We need the community to be with us on this.

“It is an ugly look to see police in riot gear in a suburban street. We now have some equipment that has not been seen before that may alarm people.”

The gear was ordered after a series of demonstrations and riots in which police were outnumbered and many received serious injuries. At the time, police were concerned at running gang fights around Moomba Festival and repeated clashes between ultra-right and left activists.

No one could have imagined the equipment would first be used to enforce government health orders. 

Yes, no one could have imagined that. And from the comments:

How many people have died from Covid in this state Victoria, since January this year? It’s only about 3 ? But they are hiding the stats! Here we are in mid September locked in our homes for months on end, some 6.8 million people going tropo. No income, no freedom and constant propaganda from ABC and mainstream media telling us unless we are jabbed we can’t be free. What the hell happened to flattening the curve? From The New Catallaxy: It’s a Vaccine, Jim, But Not As We Know It. Read it through, but this lays out the core issue about vaxxination as clearly as one could wish.

When SARS-CoV-2 vaccines were first touted, soon after our international border was closed, they were to be the definitive solution to Covid-19, eliminating all concerns about the virus and allowing us to get back to “normal.” That story is still essentially the public version of vaccine reality, as promoted ceaselessly by the media, Chief Medical Officers and Ministers of the Crown. But, quietly, the notion of getting back to normal has been nudged, prodded and shouldered off the stage. Normal has become new normal, a horse of a different colour. New normal starts with vaccinations, but somehow masks are here to stay, along with anti-social distancing, perspex shields and lines on the floor in shops and supermarkets, QR codes at every doorway, and a general level of hostility and suspicion.

The cracks in the foundations began with the surge of adverse events, as reported by VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, in the U.S., and the Yellow Card system in the U.K. Nobody believes that these systems are accurate reflections of the actual numbers of such events. All agree that these are under-reported, but no-one knows by how much….

It was gradually becoming obvious that vaccinated people were getting sick, and vaccinated people were dying. Obvious, that is, unless you were getting your information from the nightly news. If it were to turn out that similar numbers of vaccinated and unvaccinated were becoming ill and were dying, what would happen to the vaccine push? Fortunately for politicians and drug companies, scientists determined that the vaccinated people were much less likely to become ill, and much less likely to die. Sighs of relief all round. That in spite of, for example, a study of an outbreak in Barnstable County Massachusetts, which found that 74% of those who tested positive were fully vaccinated. Only five of those required hospitalisation, but four of them were fully vaccinated.

But read it all. We are being lied to relentlessly.

Monica Smit

I had never heard of Monica until now, but have just received this in an email.

If you aren’t aware of Monica Smit yet, you may want to be. Monica started Reignite Democracy Australia (RDA) last year as an individual going live on Facebook. RDA has gone from strength to strength in leaps and bounds since. Perhaps think GetUp, but RDA is nothing at all like GetUp. Monica was arrested 20 days ago on ‘incitement’ charges and has been held in isolation in a rather hardcore Melbourne prison.

RDA has become a threat to Labor (and Liberal) agendas and of the several political prisoners that have been arrested and jailed over the past year, Monica is the first woman (as I understand it). To be granted bail, RDA had to be dismantled. Monica, without a second thought, refused bail and chose to remain in prison and in forced isolation. A new bail hearing will take place on Tuesday I believe. RDA had also been in the process of registering a political party (they might have much more success in remaining a grassroots activist organisation). It reeks of the arrests of political opponents carried out in previous regimes that are supposed to exist somewhere else in a faraway land and not in Australia. 

Her partner, Morgan C Jonas (MCJ Report), is now an established journalist / presenter. His criticism of the Andrews Labor Government (and also the Morrison Government) has made him a prime target. His studio was raided shortly after  Monica’s arrest, and all of his equipment was seized. 

This is the only news report I could find on her: Anti-vaxxer and anti-lockdown activist Monica Smit charged with incitement so she really does exist.

Bail conditions magistrate Luisa Bazzani imposed included barring Ms Smit from publishing anything that could incite breaches of the health orders.

She was also ordered to follow a court-imposed curfew between 7pm and 6am and remove any material that incited opposition to the health officer’s directions within 48 hours.

“I do wish I’d known before we spent all this time on bail that your client was intending to refuse to sign a bail order,” Ms Bazzani said.

At least 4000 people went to the August 21 rally held in the Melbourne CBD, and Ms Smit is alleged to have encouraged people to attend the protests through authoring and transmitting posts on the encrypted Telegram app, prosecutor Anthony Albore told the court.

There are few with Mark Steyn’s unique ability to make the incomprehensible clear: A Hinge Moment of History. You need to read it all, but here are a few bits to start you off.

  • [W]e are more dependent on a handful of woke billionaires to tell us what reality is. They are far more open than ever that they get to determine what are the agreed facts. Google made an explicit announcement about this recently. They said that sometimes they would put warnings on things that are factually accurate because, even though they are true, they do not think it is in society’s interest for people to be seeing it.

  • [N]ow you will be banned or deleted or blocked or silenced simply for disagreeing with the official version of events. For example, the Great Barrington declaration, which was written by three of the most prominent epidemiologists in the world from Harvard, Oxford, and I think it was Stanford. That was basically deleted from YouTube, banned from Facebook, simply because it contradicted the WHO, CDC official version of events.

  • It is just groupthink enforced by a cabal of woke billionaires, who have more power than anyone else on the planet.

They wouldn’t have the power they do if they did not conform to the views of the major political leaders of the moment. As you read this, bear in mind that Joe Biden and his son have been made wealthy by the Chinese.

  • Right now, we are witnessing a non‑stop continuous transfer of power to a country that is serious about using that power. This is China’s moment. Take it as someone who grew up, in large part, in a great power in decline. There’s no real explicit handover day. People, in hindsight, expect to pinpoint the day that the baton was passed…. My great worry is that actually, the transfer to China has already happened. The baton has already been passed. We just haven’t formally acknowledged that yet.

In 2014 we elect a premier whose most saleable campaign promise is that he will eliminate rail crossings at major intersections. And then, by chance, he is still premier when Covid becomes a worldwide pandemic and he’s in charge of the Victorian response. So this is where we are now at.

Looks more like a rugby crowd than Aussie Rules.
