Certainly not a breathing disability! It looks brutal, if it was just about a mask or similar nonsense then clearly unjustified. Just because she says she has a disability doesn’t mean she has one. If she brought her hands out instead of hiding them under her and screaming like a banshee, the cops would have been much less violent (hopefully).
